We're hiring a Growth Lead, whose first mandate is to make New Product Signals GTM successful by building a repeatable growth system across acquisition - activation - rollout - retention - expansion. This is not a "campaign marketing" role; it's a business outcomes + product+GTM systems role, working deeply with Product/Engineering and setting up the playbooks we can later reuse for Product Vision (IP camera GTM).

Responsibilities (what they will do):

Build the growth system:

1. Define ICP(s), decision roles (buyer/user/champion/blocker), and value narrative

- Map the funnel: lead - design partner - pilot - rollout - renewal/expansion

- Ship instrumentation plan (events, cohorts, attribution, dashboards)

- Establish a weekly growth cadence: experiments + learnings + rollouts

Own activation & retention:

- Reduce time-to-first-value via onboarding flows, templates, nudges, and "first win" moments

- Create lifecycle loops: reminders, weekly value reports, manager insights, reactivation

- Partner with Product/Eng to ship the highest-leverage adoption features

Make GTM repeatable:

- Convert early design partner motion into a playbook: qualification - pilot goals - rollout checklist

- Improve conversion points: pilot- paid, paid- rollout, rollout- expansion

- Build enablement collateral that sells outcomes (ROI, case studies, objection handling)

Monetization & packaging:

- Run pricing/packaging experiments (pilot structure, per-seat/per-team, add-ons, bundles)

- Define paywalls and upgrade paths aligned to user value

Candidate profile (must-haves):

- Has built 0-1 growth for a B2B workflow/productivity SaaS (frontline teams = strong plus)

- Strong in funnels, cohorts, segmentation, instrumentation

- Has shipped experiments with Product/Engineering (not only marketing)

- Understands sales-led adoption realities: champions, rollout friction, procurement

- High-agency operator comfortable in ambiguity
