Wheelseye is building India's leading integrated Fleet Management business, placing IoT products across fleets at scale - GPS, dashcams, fuel sensors, and asset trackers. We are targeting 3X revenue growth in 3 years.

The Role :

We're looking for a growth leader who thrives on the ground - visiting customers, running sales productivity pilots, and converting field insights into scalable growth strategies. This role sits at the intersection of execution and strategy, owning growth quality across field sales channels.

What You'll Do :

- Drive field-sales-led growth across fleet owner segments, enterprise accounts, and channel-led cohorts

- Run and scale sales productivity pilots with distribution and field teams

- Visit customers and markets to mine insights on buying behavior, objections, and unmet needs

- Own LTV/CAC, ARPU expansion, and cash flow quality - not just volume

- Partner with Product and Category teams to sharpen GTM, packaging, and pricing

- Improve segment-level market share in the trucking/IoT ecosystem

What We're Looking For :

- 8-12 years in growth, field sales, category, or distribution-heavy B2B/SaaS/IoT roles

- Proven ability to design and scale field productivity pilots

- Strong grasp of unit economics - LTV/CAC, pricing, revenue quality, payback

- Ground-up thinker with sharp business judgment

- Passion for building something meaningful for India
