We are looking for a Director to lead the business vertical for access products for our company. The incumbent will be responsible for the strategy, pricing, promotion and profitability of the access category Professional Competencies: - The candidate must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of business, marketing and sales principles. Exceptional communication and cross functional collaboration skills are also key for this position. - The candidate must be a go getter, look for market opportunities and be able to drive execution through thoughtful strategy. Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity is required - The goal is to increase sales and profitability of the business to drive sustainable growth. The job holder will maximize revenue, profits and our member experience for this assigned business segment and work cross-functionally and with senior management to ensure efficient and effective execution of strategy and roadmap - 12-15 years proven experience as a category leader or in a similar role. Prior experience in a startup environment and/ or experience in e-commerce Category lifecycle management is preferred - Extensive experience in understanding target consumer trends and the real estate environment will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: - Strategic Thinking: Creating and developing a long-term plan and strategy. Develop strong working relationships with the pricing, finance, marketing and sales teams. End to end management of product i.e. from inception to end user launch - Manage portfolio of product offerings: Managing product portfolio and P&L and shaping long term portfolio expansion built on macro trends. - Customer management: Managing key customer relationships, developing multiple channels, optimizing omni channel sales - through a mix of online and offline sales - Marketing: Manage and optimize marketing spends on the product group.
