Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and execute effective hiring strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding and induction experience for new hires.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, aligning HR initiatives, policies, and practices with business goals.
- Serve as a bridge between employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and engaged workplace culture.
- Support managers in performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, continuous feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Identify skill and capability gaps and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and implement training and development programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support the overall employee lifecycle.
- Track and analyze recruitment and HR metrics to improve effectiveness and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy of HR documentation, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
