
Role Summary:
We are hiring a high-impact Associate for the Founders Office to work closely with the Founder(s) on strategic initiatives, business priorities, and cross-functional execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, takes extreme ownership, and enjoys driving outcomes end-to-end. You will act as a force multiplier for leadershipowning critical initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring execution excellence across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives across growth, operations, partnerships, and new business opportunities
- Work directly with the Founder(s) to translate vision into actionable plans
- Lead cross-functional projects involving Product, Sales, Marketing, Ops, Finance, and Tech
- Prepare business cases, decks, and data-backed recommendations for leadership decision-making
- Track execution, identify risks, unblock dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage internal and external stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
- Step in to solve 01 and 110 problems as business priorities evolve
Attributes we are looking for:
- MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 1.5 institute
- 23 years of experience in Strategic Initiatives, Founders Office, Consulting, Strategy, or Chief of Stafftype roles
- Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end in high-growth or high-pressure environments
- Exceptional communication skillsclear, structured, and confident with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex problems
- Extremely high energy, can-do attitude, and bias for action
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid context switching
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets
