Job Description:
Location: Ayodhya
Role & Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the complete Greenfield hospitality project from concept and planning through construction, commissioning and final handover.
- Drive overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control and execution to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage coordination with architects, PMC, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders across all project phases.
- Oversee civil, structural, MEP, facade, interiors and finishing works, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets and milestones, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead procurement, contractor management, resource planning and commercial coordination for the project.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and manage large cross-functional project teams and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
- Ensure execution in line with luxury / 5-star hospitality standards and project requirements.
- Drive testing, commissioning, snagging, completion and final handover of the project to the operations team.
- Ensure effective coordination with the hotel brand/operator to meet design, quality and operational requirements.
- Take overall ownership for successful end-to-end delivery of the Greenfield project within approved cost, timeline and quality parameters.
Preferred Candidate Profile:- 20+ years of overall experience in project management, construction and large-scale project execution.
- Strong experience in Greenfield hospitality / luxury hotel projects from concept and design through construction, commissioning and handover.
- Experience handling 5-star / luxury hotel projects is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of independently managing large-scale, complex projects with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong expertise across civil, structural, MEP, facade, interiors and finishing works.
- Strong experience in managing architects, PMC, consultants, contractors, vendors and multiple stakeholders.
- Proven capability in project planning, budgeting, cost control, procurement, risk management and schedule management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage large multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong understanding of quality, safety, statutory compliance and luxury hospitality standards.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred; Master's qualification in Construction / Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from leading hospitality, hotel development, real estate or EPC organisations with strong Greenfield project exposure will be considered.
