About:

- Lead the adoption of digital technologies such as Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, AI/ML, Analytics, and Digital Analytics

- Collaborate with different departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions through digital transformation

- Provide leadership and coaching to the digital team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation

- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies and assess their applicability to our business

- Manage digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

- Work closely with the manufacturing department, with a special focus on discrete manufacturing and/or steel products industry

- Measure and report on the success of digital initiatives, using these insights to drive continuous improvement

- Promote a culture of innovation and digital thinking across the organization

- Ensure compliance with digital standards and regulations
