In this pivotal position, you will shape the future of our brand, stores, and e-commerce solutions, leading our marketing efforts with strategic insight and dynamic leadership. Role & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: - Brand Amplification: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth through higher footfalls and increased sales. - Customer Loyalty: Enhance customer loyalty by optimizing acquisition and retention strategies, creating meaningful customer experiences. - Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance. Leadership Responsibilities: - Strategic Development: Formulate and execute marketing strategies with full P&L accountability, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Merchandising, Technology, HR, and Finance to drive integrated marketing initiatives. - Partnership Building: Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to extend our retail footprint and brand reach. - Media Management: Oversee media buying, brand communications, and special marketing initiatives to maximize impact. Brand Management (ATL): - Communications Strategy: Design and manage brand communications across social media, e-commerce platforms, and public relations channels. - Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with agencies, consultants, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and effectiveness. Direct Consumer Marketing (BTL): - Omnichannel Strategies: Develop and execute marketing strategies for both in-store and online channels to drive engagement and sales. - Revenue Enhancement: Focus on increasing non-footfall revenue and creating impactful loyalty programs. - Event Management: Oversee marketing operations, events, and visual merchandising to elevate customer experiences and brand presence. Digital Marketing: - Digital Presence: Optimize our digital footprint and foster community engagement through targeted social media and digital marketing efforts. - Performance Marketing: Lead initiatives in performance marketing, SEO/ASO, CRM, and online reputation management to drive growth and enhance our online presence. Key Competencies: - Strategic Thinking: Ability to innovate and solve complex problems while building strategic relationships. - Leadership Skills: Strong emotional intelligence, executive presence, and the capability to lead a diverse team effectively. - Ambition and Drive: Proven track record of managing high-impact projects and strategic initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. - Preferred: Master's degree from a top business or IT institution. - Experience: At least 12 years of experience in marketing roles, with substantial experience in strategic decision-making and leadership positions. - Industry Background: Experience in Retail, D2C/Consumer Brand Marketing, QSR, Hospitality, or Consulting is highly desirable.
