Role Overview: Wellness Extract is a fast-growing global healthcare company delivering science-backed, premium wellness solutions. Amazon US and our international marketplaces are important growth channels for the business. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager - Amazon PPC to own and improve Amazon advertising performance across the US, Canada, UK and Australia. You will be responsible for both PPC strategy and day-to-day execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video and Sponsored Display. The role requires someone who can work directly inside the advertising console, diagnose performance at the campaign, keyword, target and SKU level, and convert insights into clear actions. You will work closely with the marketplace, content, creative and inventory teams to drive profitable growth while improving advertising efficiency and organic visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Own Amazon PPC performance across the US and international marketplaces. - Build and manage advertising plans by marketplace, product and business objective. - Create, restructure and optimise SP, SB, SBV and SD campaigns. - Manage keyword research, search-term mining, negative targeting, product targeting, bids, placements and budgets. - Develop clear strategies across branded, non-branded, competitor, category and defensive campaigns. - Allocate budgets based on revenue potential, margin, inventory, organic ranking and growth priorities. - Track and improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC and new-to-brand performance. - Identify wasted spend, campaign overlap, budget constraints, cannibalisation and scaling opportunities. - Run structured tests across targeting, placements, campaign formats and creative. - Partner with content and design teams to improve listing relevance, conversion rate and advertising performance. - Align advertising activity with product launches, promotions, pricing changes and inventory availability. - Build clear weekly and monthly reporting that explains performance changes, actions taken and next steps. - Guide junior PPC or marketplace team members and improve execution quality across the function. What Success Looks Like: Within the first 90 days, you will: - Complete a detailed audit across marketplaces, campaigns, search terms and priority SKUs. - Establish reliable performance baselines and identify the biggest efficiency and growth gaps. - Improve the SP, SB, SBV and SD campaign structure with clear campaign roles and budget logic. - Reduce avoidable spend leakage while protecting revenue and organic visibility. - Launch a prioritised testing roadmap across targeting, placements and creative. - Introduce a reporting cadence that connects PPC decisions to revenue, TACoS and contribution margin. Over time, success means improving advertising efficiency while scaling priority products and building repeatable PPC playbooks across markets. Required Experience: - 7+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, preferably managing multiple products or marketplaces. - Demonstrated experience personally building, restructuring and optimising Amazon advertising campaigns at scale. - Strong command of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video and Sponsored Display. - Ability to analyse performance at the search term, keyword, target, placement, ASIN, SKU and marketplace level. - Strong understanding of ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, contribution margin and the relationship between paid and organic sales. - Experience managing Amazon US. Exposure to Canada, UK or Australia is preferred. - Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance growth, profitability and inventory considerations. - Clear communication skills with the ability to explain what changed, why it changed and what action should follow. Preferred Experience: - Experience in health, wellness, supplements or another regulated consumer category. - Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud, DSP, Brand Analytics and new-to-brand measurement. - Experience with tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, Pacvue, Perpetua, Adbrew or similar platforms. - Experience guiding junior PPC specialists or coordinating with external partners.
