You will help expand & manage P&l for India's biggest Health & Wellness platform in the vertical commerce space. Role in a Nutshell: It is a leadership role which requires the person to lead the business with a 360 degree view with an entrepreneurial spirit. Managing warehouse, operations, logistics, Monetization, support & category team. What you will do: 1. As the head of business, you will be responsible for strategic catalogue expansion and leading business growth by closely working with digital marketing teams, driving sales & margins for the entire portfolio (Top & Bottom Line) 2. Responsible for Pricing & Promotions for products in the form of monetization. It is a key responsibility that involves negotiations with partner brands to source consumer offer deals and marketing contributions. 3. Collaborate with other senior leaders to strategize & plan catalogue growth keeping in mind consumer needs & changing consumer trends 4. Managing the pricing strategy & entire PnL of the platform ensuring all growth numbers are met 5. Lead new initiatives on the website to enhance margins across categories 6. Responsible for ensuring business operations like warehouse warehouse management, Inventory control & logistics management 7. Evaluating new technologies for streamlining supply chain / logistics processes 8. Collaborate with product team to drive system and operational improvements that will improve delivery efficiencies 9. Responsible for putting together and leading third-party partnerships to augment internal logistics capacity to handle surges in sales 10. Lead the Customer support team to ensure business delivers according to needs of the consumer 11. Lead new initiatives with tech to ensure setting up of lean processes for inventory, logistics & accounting 12. Expand & build a strong team to meet the organizational goals Ideal Candidate Profile: - MBA/Degree from Tier1/2 College with relevant of experience (Minimum 7 Years) in Category management/Business Growth with a D2C/E-Commerce brand - Ex Entrepreneur with experience of building a D2C/E-Commerce business from scratch - Experience in Marketing, Product, Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations - Should be able to work with cross functional teams - Hustler with a Growth mindset - Someone who has previously worked with startups in growth stage - Should have handled a team of at least 8-10 people
