- Serve as the primary mental health and wellbeing strategy lead supporting the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Distill global strategy into effective, impactful, and culturally relevant regional or country-level initiatives in partnership with local Benefits teams.
- Formalize and lead a cross-functional Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy Workgroup, driving alignment, effective vision, methods, and measures.
- Partner with International Benefits teams to analyze mental health benefits utilization and trend data, creating a holistic regional wellbeing picture.
- Establish clear and simple pathways for employees and their families to access mental health care, ensuring a seamless navigation experience globally.
- Update Global Mental Health Standards and collaborate with local Benefits Partners to improve and influence best-in-class mental health coverage through benefits plans.
