Responsibilities : - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees. - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs - Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering employment contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. - Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs in line with the company's compensation philosophy and ensure compliance with legal requirements. - Recruit employees and interns as per company needs, and conduct effective and smooth new employee orientation. Requirements : - Proven working experience as HR Manager for 2-5 years - Experience managing across the full spectrum of human resource management - Strong planning and analysis skills - Strong writing skills - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company - In-depth knowledge of Labor law and HR best practices Preferred Qualifications : - MBA or Masters in related field a plus - Venture-backed start-up experience preferred - Demonstrated drive for progressive responsibility and roles in a high-profile start-up
