Role Overview:

The Partnerships & Strategic Alliances role is central to WeCredit's growth engine, focusing on building and nurturing high-value relationships with ecosystem partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to identify and integrate with platforms that can expand our user base. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of a partnership-from initial outreach and negotiation to integration and long-term account management-directly influencing our market penetration and customer acquisition metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard strategic partners across fintech, e-commerce, and digital service sectors to drive sustainable user growth.

- Negotiate commercial terms and operational agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes that align with company revenue targets.

- Manage end-to-end integration projects by coordinating with internal technical and product teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

- Monitor partnership performance through data analysis and regular reporting to optimize conversion funnels and identify new growth levers.

- Represent WeCredit in industry forums and networking events to build a strong brand presence and maintain a robust pipeline of potential alliances.

- Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and close high-impact deals with external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret partnership data and translate it into actionable business strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers.

- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances within the fintech or consumer tech space.

- A Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute, with a preference for candidates who demonstrate a deep understanding of the Delhi NCR business landscape.

- Comfort working in an on-site environment, collaborating daily with the team to drive rapid execution.
