Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Manage performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to strengthen online visibility and brand recall.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
- Lead content strategy - including blogs, email campaigns, social media, and landing pages - to enhance engagement.
- Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies and external partners for creative, PR, and digital initiatives.
- Drive brand positioning and develop communication that resonates with target audiences in the fintech domain.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Fintech / BFSI / SaaS industries.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and content-led growth.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, startup environment
