Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead Honeyman's digital transformation and strengthen our brand presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading our talented in-house team while driving measurable growth in brand awareness, customer acquisition, and e-commerce revenue. This role is crucial for scaling our B2B and D2C operations, enhancing customer engagement, and positioning Honeyman as the leading digital-native FMCG brand in the natural foods segment.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership


- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.


- Lead digital transformation initiatives and omnichannel marketing approach.


- Collaborate with senior leadership to set annual digital marketing goals and KPIs.


- Drive innovation in digital marketing practices and emerging technology adoption.

Team Management & Development


- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 6-8 digital marketing professionals.


- Conduct regular performance reviews and create individual development plans.


- Foster a culture of creativity, data-driven decision making, and continuous learning.


- Recruit and onboard top talent to strengthen the digital marketing team.

Campaign Management & Execution:


- Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.


- Oversee content planning, creation, and distribution across website, social media, blogs, and email marketing.


- Manage SEO/SEM efforts to enhance organic visibility and traffic growth.


- Drive influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and community building initiatives.

Performance & Analytics:


- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI.


- Prepare detailed analytics reports for senior management and stakeholders.


- Implement A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies.


- Maintain marketing attribution models and customer journey analysis.

Cross-functional Collaboration:


- Partner with sales, product, and supply chain teams to align marketing with business objectives.


- Collaborate with finance team on budget planning and performance tracking.


- Work with compliance team to ensure all campaigns meet regulatory requirements (FSSAI, etc.).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


- Revenue Growth: Drive 30%+ YoY increase in digital channel revenue.


- Customer Acquisition: Achieve 25%+ improvement in CAC efficiency.


- Brand Awareness: Increase organic brand search volume by 40%.


- Team Performance: Maintain team satisfaction score above 85%.


- Campaign ROI: Deliver minimum 4:1 ROAS across all paid channels.

Required Qualifications:


Experience & Background:


- Experience: 6-10 years in digital marketing, with minimum 3 years in leadership roles.


- Industry Preference: Strong preference for FMCG, D2C, consumer goods, or food & beverage sectors.


- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.


- Scale Experience: Experience managing annual digital marketing budgets of 1+ Crores.

Educational Qualifications:


- Essential: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.


- Preferred: MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing specialization.


- Certifications Required: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint certifications.

Technical Skills:


- Platforms: Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads.


- Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.


- Marketing Automation: Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing automation platforms.


- SEO/SEM: Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and search marketing.


- E-commerce: Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and other e-commerce platforms.


- Design Tools: Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite for creative collaboration.

Industry-Specific Requirements:


- FMCG Knowledge: Understanding of consumer behavior, seasonal trends, and retail marketing.


- D2C Expertise: Experience scaling direct-to-consumer brands and subscription models.


- Sustainability Marketing: Experience promoting natural, organic, or sustainable products.


- Omnichannel Marketing: Knowledge of integrating online and offline customer touchpoints.


- Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of FSSAI regulations and food marketing compliance.

Compensation & Benefits:


Base Compensation:

Variable Pay: Up to 25% of base salary based on performance against KPIs.

Annual Increment: Guaranteed minimum 10% annual increment based on performance review.
