Role Overview:.
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Hunter to lead new logo acquisition in mid-market and enterprise segments.
This is a pure hunting role focused on identifying, targeting, and closing large, high-value deals across designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Identify and pursue greenfield opportunities in target enterprise accounts.
- Drive C-level conversations to position our solutions.
- Own the complete sales cycle - from prospecting to closure.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound efforts.
- Work closely with pre-sales and solution teams for tailored pitches.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with ease.
What We're Looking For:.
- 3-5 years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably SaaS or IT solution sales, ERP/CRM products selling will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record in net new client acquisition.
- Experience with long sales cycles and large ACV deals.
- Strong understanding of consultative / solution selling.
- Hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, and self-motivated.
