Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the entire marketing function of our organisation.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to oversee and drive all marketing activities, from digital marketing to traditional campaigns, branding, content strategy, lead generation, and team management.

The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and capable of building and scaling marketing systems to support business growth.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience.

- Minimum 2-3 years of team leading experience.

- Experience with Paid Ads, Content Creation, Marketing tools etc.

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive, cross-channel marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

- Drive long-term brand growth, market positioning, and customer acquisition strategies.

- Establish marketing budgets, KPIs, and campaign calendars.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team (digital marketers, brand strategists, designers, content creators, and offline marketing personnel).

- Promote a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative team culture.

- Evaluate performance metrics, provide coaching, and oversee hiring and team expansion as needed.

Digital Marketing Oversight:

- Manage SEO/SEM, email campaigns, performance marketing, social media, and paid media strategies.

- Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, etc.

- Optimise user journeys, conversion rates, and lead nurturing tactics.

Traditional & Offline Marketing:

- Supervise print media, events, exhibitions, partnerships, and PR initiatives.

- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for campaign management.

- Track market trends and competitor strategies in traditional channels.

Branding & Communication:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.

- Oversee content marketing strategy, corporate communications, and creative direction.

- Develop internal and external brand guidelines.
