Description:


Required Qualifications & Experience:


- Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in business development or B2B sales within a service-based IT, software, or digital solutions company.


- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in closing medium to large-scale Indian projects (B2B or institutional).


- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of project-based sales cycles, outsourcing models, and solution-driven engagements.


Skills & Competencies:


- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with fluency in at least one regional language (e.g., Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, or Telugu).


- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.


- Ability to travel frequently across cities for client meetings and industry events.


- High level of self-motivation, accountability, and target orientation.


- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.


- Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with CXOs, procurement heads, and decision-makers.


Preferred Attributes:


- Exposure to technology-driven sales environments (e.g., web/app development, AI/ML, digital transformation, or IT consulting).


- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.


- Demonstrated analytical thinking with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
