Roles & Responsibilities:


- Develop and lead the companys overall marketing vision, strategy, and brand positioning to drive business growth.

- Oversee and integrate all marketing functions including digital marketing, brand management, product marketing, communications, and market research.

- Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty across global markets.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape company-wide strategy and ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational goals.

- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and innovations.

- Manage the companys brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.

- Oversee marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI-driven decision-making to ensure efficient use of resources.

- Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver unified go-to-market strategies and support revenue growth.

- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and media engagements as needed.

Skillset / Requirements

- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, including senior leadership experience managing large teams and multi-channel strategies.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, customer segmentation, and performance marketing.

- Strong understanding of modern marketing technologies, CRM platforms, analytics systems, and automation tools.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Strong ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments with strategic clarity and decision-making.

- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially sales, product, and executive leadership.

- Visionary thinker with a passion for innovation, storytelling, and brand-building.
