About the Role:
We're looking for a highly skilled and creative Sr. Social Media Strategist to join our team in Chandigarh. This is a crucial full-time, on-site position where you'll be responsible for crafting and executing innovative social media strategies that elevate our brand and engage our audience. You'll drive our social media presence, manage impactful campaigns, and work collaboratively to ensure our online voice is strong and cohesive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development & Implementation: Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Lead the creation and optimization of engaging, high-quality content tailored for various social media platforms, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee diverse social media campaigns, from concept to analytics, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze social media performance metrics, identify key trends, and leverage data to optimize strategies, content, and campaign effectiveness.
- Audience Engagement: Actively engage with our online audience, foster community growth, and manage brand reputation across all social channels.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in social media to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, integrated campaigns, and enhanced online presence and brand awareness.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on social media performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise: Proficient in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Communication & PR: Strong skills in Communication and a solid understanding of Public Relations principles.
- Content Strategy: Proven experience in developing and executing compelling Content Strategy.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar Sr. Social Media Strategist role or a position with comparable responsibilities.
