Title: Sr. Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
- Understand client goals and ensure internal teams are aligned to deliver on expectations.
- Schedule and conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback meetings with clients.
- Share campaign updates, performance reports, and key deliverables on time.
- Coordinate internally with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure timely execution.
- Escalate concerns or red flags to the Department Head promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all communications and feedback.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM/project management platforms.
- A strong understanding of performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads is mandatory.
