Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery for operational initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with teams-including Technology, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service-to ensure seamless execution.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics; manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; proactively implement corrective actions.
- Provide regular status updates and KPI-tracking reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder management and ensure alignment across all involved teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and recommending process optimizations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in project management best practices and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Postgraduate degree from a premier institute (IIM/NIT/Reliable Tier-1) or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in project or operations management; experience in consulting or structured project environments is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; experience managing diverse stakeholder groups
