- Product Roadmap: Define, prioritize and manage the business-centric product roadmap, aligning it with the overall company strategy, revenue goals, and market demands.
- Business Case Development: Create compelling business cases for new features and products, including projected ROI, cost analysis, and impact assessment on key business metrics (client acquisition, retention, trading volumes).

- Requirement Documentation (The "What"): Translate high-level business objectives into clear, concise, and detailed Functional Requirements and user stories.
- Process Mapping: Analyze and optimize existing broking processes (e.g., account opening, trade execution, settlement) to identify areas for digital enhancement.
4. Technical Liaison & Execution (Knowledge on Tech):
- Feature Specification (The "How"): Work closely with the Tech Lead/Architect to understand system capabilities and limitations, ensuring that requirements are technically feasible and efficient.
- System Knowledge: Develop a working understanding of the key brokerage systems (e.g., Order Management Systems (OMS), Risk Management Systems, CRM) and APIs to ensure seamless integration of new features.
- Agile Participation: Actively participate in the Agile development process (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming)
- Troubleshooting Support: Assist in initial triage and prioritization of platform issues/bugs, understanding the technical impact on the business.
