Wealthkraft Investment Services - Associate - Investment Banking

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparing deal brief, Information Memorandum & Financial Models and supporting business development activities

- Conducting industry research including micro market analysis - Pricing of the real estate projects in vicinity, sales traction & competing projects. Analysing key infra projects coming in the vicinity & their impact on the development.

- Understanding in depth project specific information - current stage of the projects, construction progress at site, approval status & analysing future cashflow requirements with price & cost sensitivity

- Assisting in forming the appropriate structure of a deal

- Co-ordinating between all parties for timely flow of data & information

- Good understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, Real Estate Sector in general.

- Experience in working with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

- Passion to learn and willingness to work in situation that will entail tight deadlines

- Superior report writing, communication and presentation skills

Basic Qualification:

- MBA/CA

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with teams

- Strong interest and aptitude for finance and valuation principles

- Only candidates with Prior Debt Syndication / Fund Raising experience in Real Estate/ Allied Sectors to apply.
