Job Purpose:

The purpose of the job is to manage and develop a portfolio of key initiatives, campaigns, digital projects, and customer engagement, and to develop related products, capabilities, and processes, and to drive teams on initiatives.

Main accountabilities:

- Manage Key Synergy initiatives for wealth business

- Manage TCL synergy with business groups

- Manage One Tata Synergy and engage with group companies to build TCW acquisition channel

- Manage Cross Sell business at Tata Capital Wealth

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum Degree: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM

- Minimum Experience: 3 years Experience
