Role Overview:
- We are looking for a result-driven Wealth Relationship Manager to manage and grow high-value client relationships.
- The role focuses on client acquisition, investment advisory, and delivering excellent customer service while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients (NTB - New to Bank) and build a strong portfolio of high-net-worth individuals
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase wallet share
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across wealth products
- Provide investment advice tailored to client needs and financial goals
- Ensure proper product mix and sales distribution across offerings
- Deliver high-quality relationship management and advisory services
- Guide clients on wealth products such as PMS, private wealth solutions, and family office services
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and explain product features clearly
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement
- Drive improvements in customer service standards within the assigned market
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in wealth management, private banking, or relationship management
- Strong knowledge of wealth products such as PMS, mutual funds, and private wealth solutions
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Strong sales and target-driven mindset
- Ability to understand client needs and provide customized financial solutions
