About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Investment Advisor & Relationship Manager with a strong background in financial planning and wealth management. In this dual role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing holistic, goal-based financial solutions while nurturing long-term relationships.

You will be responsible for delivering personalized financial advice, managing client portfolios, and contributing to business growth through relationship-led engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client financial needs.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand changing goals, resolve concerns, and provide customized advice.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through cross-selling, referrals, and value-added services.
Financial Planning & Advisory:
- Conduct detailed financial assessments including cash flow planning, investments, tax planning, retirement, and estate planning.
- Design and present comprehensive, goal-oriented financial plans aligned with client risk profiles.
- Periodically review and rebalance portfolios based on market conditions, regulatory changes, and life events.
- Ensure portfolios are optimized for tax efficiency and long-term growth in compliance with SEBI guidelines.
- Lead and contribute to the development of a tech-first financial planning product aimed at DIY users.
Business Development:
- Leverage personal networks and relationship skills to acquire new clients and increase AUM.
- Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CFP, CFA, NISM, or similar certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management in India.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Relationship Manager or client-facing advisory role.
- Proven track record of managing HNI clients and growing AUM.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Indian financial products and tax structures (Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, ULIPs, REITs, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with financial planning tools and portfolio management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Strong analytical skills in portfolio construction, risk assessment, and market analysis.
- Client-first mindset with a focus on trust, transparency, and long-term value creation.
