Job Description:

Job Purpose - This role will be responsible for acquiring & mobilising deposit, explore appetite for commercial lending business and other cross sell products through large/mid corporate/Family offices & managing existing large/mid corporate customers and achieving assigned business targets month on month. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing direct corporate treasury relationship, distribution channels engaged in corporate advisories and also expanding the business of the assigned territory. The candidate should also be providing solutions & understanding needs of the corporate which can help in selling other cross sell and asset products of the company.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Relationship Manager to manage and grow investment relationships with Corporates, Institutions, and Family Offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets and a proven track record in managing high-value investment portfolios across a wide range of products such as Fixed Deposits, Bonds, CPs, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and other structured solutions.

This is a high-impact role with a focus on acquisition, relationship management, and investment mobilisation from treasury heads, CFOs, promoters, and institutional decision-makers.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree/MBA/Masters or equivalent degree with specialization in Finance / Marketing /relevant fields

- NISM Series VA Certified or equivalent certification valid for MF distribution

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Institutional Sales, or Corporate Treasury Sales.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, fixed income, mutual funds, alternative investments (PMS, AIFs)

Work Experience

- Minimum 8 years of experience in sourcing investment products from corporate customers.

- Has worked in a bank, financial products distributions/advisory house on institutional side, mutual fund institutional team

Skills Required

- Good communication & presentation skills with ability to understand customer needs.

- Knowledge of financial markets (both equity & debt), good understanding of MF & NBFC/banking industry.
