Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Relationship Manager to manage and grow investment relationships with Corporates, Institutions, and Family Offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets and a proven track record in managing high-value investment portfolios across a wide range of products such as Fixed Deposits, Bonds, CPs, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and other structured solutions.

This is a high-impact role with a focus on acquisition, relationship management, and investment mobilisation from treasury heads, CFOs, promoters, and institutional decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and manage investment relationships with corporates, institutions, and family offices

Source and mobilise investments into the company's offerings:

- Fixed Deposits (FDs)

- Bonds / Commercial Papers (CPs)

- Mutual Funds (MFs)

- PMS & AIFs

- Structured Products

- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with CFOs, promoters, and treasury heads

- Identify and understand client needs, risk appetite, and liquidity preferences to offer tailored investment solutions

- Deepen wallet share from existing clients through effective cross-selling and upselling

- Maintain regular engagement and review meetings with key clients

- Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless service

- Track market developments and regulatory changes to stay relevant in client conversations

- Maintain complete compliance with regulatory and internal risk frameworks

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance / Business / Economics

- NISM Series V-A certification (mandatory or to be acquired shortly)

- 5-10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Institutional Sales, or Corporate Treasury Sales

- Strong understanding of financial markets, fixed income, mutual funds, alternative investments (PMS, AIFs)

- Strong network and relationships in the corporate / institutional / family office ecosystem

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused approach

Preferred Backgrounds:

- Experience with Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, or Boutique Wealth Firms

- Prior exposure to handling Family Offices, Corporate Treasuries, or Institutional clients
