Role Overview:
As a Wealth Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor for high-net-worth individuals, managing complex financial portfolios and delivering bespoke investment solutions. You will operate at the intersection of client advocacy and institutional growth, working closely with internal product desks, research teams, and compliance units to ensure seamless service delivery. Your daily mandate involves deep-diving into market trends to provide actionable insights, fostering long-term trust with affluent clients, and driving significant AUM growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients to ensure high retention and consistent share-of-wallet growth.
- Design comprehensive investment strategies by analyzing client risk profiles and market conditions to optimize portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with internal investment committees and product specialists to curate exclusive financial offerings that meet the evolving needs of premium clients.
- Drive revenue targets through the cross-selling of banking products, including structured products, mutual funds, insurance, and credit solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal risk frameworks to protect both the client's assets and the bank's reputation.
- Lead client acquisition initiatives by leveraging professional networks and market intelligence to expand the bank's footprint in the wealth segment.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrate deep expertise in portfolio management and asset allocation strategies to navigate volatile market cycles effectively.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives and business owners to influence high-stakes financial decisions.
- Possess a proven track record in BFSI sales, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts into clear, value-driven narratives for clients.
- Maintain a high degree of professional integrity and emotional intelligence, essential for managing sensitive client relationships and high-pressure environments.
- Hold a postgraduate degree in Finance, Management, or a related field, complemented by relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or NISM.
- Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work environment, utilizing digital tools and CRM platforms to maintain operational efficiency across multiple locations including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Kolkata.
