Hiring : Wealth Relationship Manager
Recruit Right Solutions is a leading recruitment partner for top investment and wealth management organizations across India. We are currently hiring experienced professionals for the position of Wealth Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Advisory & Portfolio Management :
- Understand clients financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon through detailed discussions and portfolio reviews.
- Provide research-driven investment advisory across Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Equities, Structured Products, and other wealth solutions.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Guide clients on asset allocation and wealth creation opportunities across multiple asset classes.
- Develop customized investment plans to help clients achieve long-term financial goals.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with HNI and affluent clients.
- Deliver a superior client experience through proactive engagement, transparency, and timely support.
- Conduct regular client meetings, portfolio review sessions, and virtual interactions to understand evolving financial needs.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor and single point of contact for all investment and servicing requirements.
- Ensure high levels of client retention, satisfaction, and relationship growth.
Business Growth & Product Penetration :
- Drive revenue growth through effective cross-selling and upselling of wealth management products.
- Increase product penetration across investment and protection solutions.
- Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients and expand the existing portfolio.
- Achieve assigned business targets related to AUM growth, revenue generation, and client acquisition.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio advisory concepts.
- Proven experience in managing HNI/Affluent client relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue and AUM targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical ability with a client-centric approach and high professional integrity.
- Ability to provide prompt and effective financial solutions based on client requirements.
Preferred Experience :
- Experience : 5-15 Years
- Preferred background in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Advisory.
