As a Wealth RM, you will:

- Manage and grow UHNI/HNI client relationships through portfolio advisory, investment planning, and wealth solutions.

- Provide research-based advice across Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Equity, Structured Products.

- Conduct portfolio reviews, risk assessments, and recommend suitable investment strategies.

- Drive business growth by achieving revenue, acquisition, retention, and wallet share targets.

- Cross-sell and upsell across wealth, protection, and investment solutions.

- Ensure compliance with RBI/SEBI/IRDA guidelines and internal governance standards.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics (CFA, CFP, NISM preferred).

- 4+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or private banking.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and portfolio advisory concepts.

- Proven track record of UHNI/HNI relationship management and revenue growth.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
