Wealth Relationship Manager
Job Description:
You will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients. You will deliver exceptional service and holistic financial advice while ensuring adherence to compliance and global banking standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNW clients
- Understand client needs and provide customized investment solutions across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, and structured products
- Maintain deep and consistent client engagement to ensure long-term relationship development
- Achieve individual revenue and client acquisition targets through proactive cross-sell and upsell strategies
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of wealth and investment products to advise clients independently without dependency on Investment Counsellors (ICs)
- Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory guidelines (SEBI, IRDA, NISM)
- Ensure timely portfolio reviews and financial planning sessions for clients
