Role: Wealth Operations - Execution Desk

Experience: 10+ years

Qualifications: Masters or MBA or equivalent

Role & responsibilities:

- Support Execution of transactions Wealth Operations

- Executing Mutual Fund orders through NSE and its updation

- Supporting Asset Transfer and updating historical transactions

- Processing of 3rd Party Products applications (PMS / AIF)

- Ensuring timely payments towards Investments

- Updation of transactions executed for Equities and F&O

- Processing of primary issuance and IPO forms

- Processing Bonds OTC deal and its updation in portfolio

- Ensuring various Reconciliation are completed within time

- Establishing Controls and Reconciliation is ingoing

- Coordinating with Mutual Funds, RTAs, Exchanges for any transaction related queries

- Updation of transactions, valuations and asset transfers

- Having Knowledge of Wealth-Spectrum system is must

- Account Opening & documentation

- Proficient in Communication and interpersonal skills

- Stake-holder management - Business, Compliance, Technology

- Expert knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PPT
