About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Manager / Wealth Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), and corporate clients by providing expert wealth advisory and personalized financial solutions.
- The role demands a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and excellent client relationship management skills to grow the Assets Under Management (AUM) and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and acquire New-to-Firm (NTF) clients to build a strong and diversified client portfolio.
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with HNI, UHNI, and corporate clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Revenue Growth: Drive consistent revenue generation through cross-selling and upselling of wealth management products and services.
- Wealth Advisory: Provide customized financial planning and wealth advisory solutions tailored to clients' investment goals, risk profiles, and financial needs.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage client portfolios, ensuring optimal asset allocation and risk management to maximize returns.
- AUM Growth: Strategize and execute plans to grow the book size and Assets Under Management (AUM) by identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing client relationships.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide timely and relevant advice to clients.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in wealth management and client servicing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product specialists, research teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 to 11 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory roles with a focus on HNI/UHNI clients.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing high-value clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products such as mutual funds, equities, fixed income, insurance, alternative investments, and structured products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and
credibility.
- Deep knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management principles.
- Client-centric approach with high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Relevant certifications (CFP, CFA, CAIA, or similar) will be an added advantage.
