Role Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Wealth Manager to join our Private Client Group (PCG) Investment team.

This role is designed for a results-driven professional capable of managing a high-net-worth (HNW) portfolio in a remote, digital-first environment.

You will be responsible for architecting personalized investment strategies across a wide array of financial instruments, including Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), and AIFs (Alternate Investment Funds).

The ideal candidate blends deep financial expertise with strategic business development skills to deepen wallet share, onboard "New to Bank" (NTB) customers, and provide expert advisory services that align with rigorous regulatory compliance and client-specific financial goals.

Technical Responsibilities

- Customized Investment Strategy Design: Analyze granular financial data and client risk profiles to develop bespoke investment strategies across Equity, Debt, and Alternate Assets.

- Multi-Product Portfolio Management: Execute relationship management and advisory strategies with a focus on high-yield products such as Private Equity, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternate Investment Funds (AIF).

- Target-Driven Sales Execution: Lead the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring a balanced sales spread across diverse financial products to optimize revenue.

- Market Penetration & Wallet Share Optimization: Implement strategies to acquire New to Bank (NTB) customers while simultaneously deepening relationships with existing clients to capture a larger share of their investable assets.

- Customer Migration & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end customer migration and digital onboarding process, ensuring new clients fully understand product features, functions, and risk disclosures.

- Investment Research & Analysis: Leverage expertise in Finance and Accounting to perform rigorous investment analysis, identifying market opportunities and potential risks within client portfolios.

- Service Leadership & Satisfaction: Drive radical improvements in customer service levels by implementing dynamic service strategies and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction scores.

- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct professional training sessions for internal stakeholders and clients regarding investment processes, market outlooks, and strategic financial planning.

- Regulatory Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all advisory activities and investment recommendations adhere to industry standards, internal compliance policies, and client-specific mandates.

- Business Development & Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify new market opportunities and client segments to grow the Private Client Group portfolio.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Investment Domain: Expert knowledge of Private Wealth Management, Private Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF.

- Analytical Prowess: Advanced financial modeling, accounting, and problem-solving skills to address complex client needs.

- Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build long-term trust with high-net-worth individuals and C-suite executives.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex financial jargon for client clarity.

- Remote Operational Excellence: Proven ability to manage high-stakes portfolios independently with strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.

Technical Stack & Tools

- Financial Platforms: Proficiency in wealth management software, Bloomberg/Reuters terminals, and CRM systems (e.g , Salesforce).

- Analytical Tools: Advanced Excel for financial modeling and portfolio simulation.

- Collaboration Suite: Expert use of remote collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack) for digital client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications: Possession of a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is highly beneficial.

- Experience: Prior experience in a Tier-1 Bank or a leading Private Wealth Management firm focusing on the Private Client Group.

- Network: An existing network of HNW / UHNW individuals is a strong advantage
