About the Opportunity:

We are partnering with multiple premium wealth management firms and private banks that are actively hiring experienced professionals across Private Banking, Private Wealth, and Leadership roles.

Role: Playing Captain / Wealth Manager

This is a leadership + individual contributor role, where the leader will:

Carry individual business targets

Manage and mentor a team

Be on an incentive-driven compensation module

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI, UHNI, Family Offices, and Corporate clients

Introduce and recommend financial products across:

- Mutual Funds (MF)

- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)

- Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)

- Deliver personalized investment solutions aligned with client goals and risk appetite

- Drive AUM growth, net sales, and market share expansion

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention

- Lead, guide, and grow high-performing wealth management teams (for leadership roles)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong background in Wealth Management / Private Banking

- Proven experience managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios

- Track record of AUM growth and revenue generation

- Leadership experience preferred for senior roles

- Strong client relationship and advisory skills
