Job Description:
- Acquire HNI/UHNI/Family Office clients for PMS and AIF products.
- Generate leads through direct sourcing, channel partners, RMs, and IFAs.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets for PMS & AIF.
- Develop distribution relationships with wealth firms, banks, and platforms.
- Understand client risk profile, investment objectives, and asset allocation.
- Recommend suitable PMS/AIF strategies aligned with client goals.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and performance discussions.
- Ensure proper documentation, onboarding, and investment execution.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to drive wallet share.
- Act as primary point-of-contact for investment queries.
- Conduct investor meetings, events, webinars and reviews.
- Provide high-quality service and proactive client engagement.
- Deep understanding of PMS strategies (equity, multi-asset, thematic etc.
- Strong knowledge of AIF categories Cat I, Cat II, Cat III.
- Track markets, macro trends, and fund performance.
- Liaise with research & fund management teams for product updates.
- Ensure full compliance with SEBI regulations and internal policies.
- Complete documentation, KYC, and investment suitability assessment.
- Maintain accurate MIS, pipeline reports, and client records.
