Job Description Wealth Manager / PCG Advisor / Equity Dealer:
We are looking for a highly driven and market-savvy Wealth Manager / PCG Advisor / Equity Dealer to manage and grow portfolios of Super HNI clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advisory, revenue generation, client activation, and cross-selling investment products, ensuring superior client experience and long-term portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advisory & Portfolio Management
- Provide strategic advice to Super HNI clients across Equity, Derivatives, and overall capital markets.
- Execute trades on behalf of clients with accuracy, compliance, and market timing.
- Build customized investment strategies aligned with client goals, risk appetite, and market trends.
- Present market insights, stock recommendations, and investment themes regularly.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Handle a client book size of Rs 25 Lakhs & above.
- Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients through continuous engagement.
- Ensure prompt query resolution, portfolio reviews, and proactive communication.
- Drive strong client retention and wallet share expansion.
3. Revenue Generation & Activation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective advisory.
- Activate dormant clients and increase active traders through robust market insights.
- Identify opportunities to generate brokerage and advisory revenues using structured investment strategies.
4. Cross-Selling & Product Promotion
- Promote and cross-sell Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, and other investment solutions.
- Suggest asset allocation models and diversified product offerings to improve client returns.
- Provide end-to-end support across different investment classes.
5. Compliance, Documentation & Processes
- Ensure all investment recommendations comply with SEBI and internal norms.
- Maintain accurate records of trade logs, advisory calls, and portfolio actions.
- Follow all audit, risk, and operational guidelines strictly.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of Equity Markets, Derivatives, PMS, Mutual Funds, and Wealth products.
- Exceptional sales skills with proven ability to acquire, activate, and retain high-value clients.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in handling Super HNI / HNI clients preferred.
- NISM Series VIII certificate is mandatory for Equity Dealer and PCG Advisor roles.
- Self-driven personality with strong analytical and relationship-building abilities.
