Job Title: CFP & Relationship Manager / Investment Advisor
Experience: 2 - 6 years in financial planning and wealth management advisory

About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced investment advisory with a proven track record. As a Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. In this dual role, you will leverage your financial planning expertise and relationship-building skills to design and implement tailored financial plans, manage client portfolios, and foster long-term client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian financial market, regulatory environment, and client needs, ensuring that our clients receive holistic and goal-oriented financial advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with affluent/HNI clients as their primary financial advisor.
- Engage with clients proactively to understand goals, address concerns, and provide customized financial solutions.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships, cross-sell relevant products, and drive client referrals.
Financial Planning & Advisory:
- Conduct detailed financial assessments-cash flow analysis, investment planning, tax planning, retirement & estate planning.
- Develop and present personalized financial plans aligned with client goals and risk appetite.
- Review and update plans periodically based on market trends, life changes, or regulatory updates.
- Optimize client portfolios for long-term growth and tax efficiency in line with SEBI regulations.
- Lead the initiative to build a tech-first DIY financial planning product for end users.
Business Development:
- Leverage networks and relationship-building skills to acquire new HNI clients and grow AUM.
- Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications such as CFP, CFA, NISM are an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management in India.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HNI clients and grow AUM.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Indian financial products: Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, ULIPs, REITs, etc.
- Proficiency with financial planning tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in portfolio analysis, risk profiling, and market research.
- Client-centric approach with a proven ability to build lasting trust.
