Department : Sales Level : Manager to Sr. Manager to AVP to VP Location : West/South/East Area of operation - Wealth Management Direct reporting : Cluster Head Dotted line/any other reporting- Regional Head PURPOSE OF ROLE: - Responsible for acquiring NTF (new to the firm) clients, revenue generation and maintenance of relationship with HNI/UHNI & corporate clients and offer wealth advisory services. Need to ensure growth of AUM or book size. KEY ACTIVITIES: - Analyze financial information obtain from clients to determine strategies for meeting clients' financial objectives. - Analyze client portfolios and make necessary suggestions. - Monitor financial market trends to ensure that client plans are responsive. - Recommend financial products. - Must ensure the growth of AUM/Book Size. - Responsible for identifying customer needs and assessing their risk appetite. - Responsible for achieving targets based on acquisition and revenue generation through investment products. - Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required. - Responsible for business development through acquisition of high net-worth clients. - Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of the customer. - Mandatory numbers of meetings with clients to keep them updated with the current market scenario. DELIVER: KRA's & Performance Indicators - KRA, Performance Indicator and Rank (Rank all KRA's in the order of their importance, with 1 being the most important) - Revenue Achievement of Revenue Target decided for the year- 1 - Client Acquisition and Client Active Ratio - Client acquisition: "X" clients to be added in this financial year Active client: "Y" clients' needs to be active- 2 - High Revenue Impact Project - HNI Clients Engagement and their Revenue Growth- 3 Skills & Experience: Educational Qualifications : Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline Prior Experience : 5+ years of Wealth Management experience in the industry/Must be from Wealth Platform or banking background. Domain Knowledge : - Understanding of market pulse, knowledge on investment products, understanding of wealth platform. IT Skills - MS Office / MS Excel / AMFI / IRDA (Certification) Competencies: Behavioral: - Result Orientation, Customer Focus, Knowledge Driven, Aggression, Continuous - Improvement, Planning and Organizing, Interpersonal/ relationship management skills, - Passion for acquisition and sales.
