They also play a role in building and maintaining a team of financial advisors to drive sales of mutual fund products and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing personalized investment strategies.
Investment Advice:
- Offering sophisticated investment advice, conducting financial planning, and assisting clients with wealth management needs.
Sales and Business Development:
- Driving sales of mutual fund products through a team of financial advisors, recruiting and managing the team, and achieving sales targets.
Team Management:
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of financial advisors, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide high-quality customer service.
Compliance:
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines and ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
Financial Planning:
- Assisting clients with financial planning needs, including retirement planning, estate planning, and tax planning.
Educational Background: Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
