Job Purpose
- The Wealth Manager is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing client relationships by providing holistic wealth management solutions. The role involves understanding client financial goals, offering suitable investment strategies, and delivering consistent advisory support to help clients achieve long-term wealth creation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire and onboard new clients through referrals, networks, and business development activities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Investment Advisory
- Provide investment advice aligned with client objectives and risk profile
- Recommend suitable investment products across asset classes
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and suggest rebalancing strategies
- Explain market movements and investment rationale to clients clearly
Portfolio Management & Monitoring
- Monitor client portfolios and track performance
- Ensure timely execution of investment transactions
- Coordinate with research and operations teams for smooth servicing
- Address client queries related to investments, performance, and documentation
Business Growth & Revenue
- Drive assets under management (AUM) growth
- Cross-sell and up-sell financial products based on client needs
- Achieve assigned revenue and AUM targets
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance policies
- Complete all client onboarding, KYC, and documentation accurately
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and recommendations
Market Awareness
- Stay updated on market trends, product updates, and regulatory changes
- Participate in training programs and internal knowledge sessions
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of asset allocation and portfolio management principles
Behavioral Skills

Educational Qualification
- Finance professionals including MBA, CFA,CA
- NISM certifications for AIF and PMS distribution required.
Experience Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or relationship management
- Experience handling HNI clients is a must
