Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Manage and deepen relationships with existing HNI and affluent clients.

- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and market outreach.

- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial planning discussions.

- Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.

Investment Advisory:

- Recommend suitable investment products based on client requirements.

- Provide advisory services across Mutual Funds, Equity & PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Fixed Income Products, Insurance Solutions, and Structured Products.

- Monitor market trends and provide timely investment insights.

Business Development:

- Achieve AUM (Assets Under Management) and revenue targets.

- Increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling financial products.

- Generate new business opportunities from existing and prospective clients.

- Build a strong referral network with professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners.

Portfolio Management Support:

- Assist clients in portfolio diversification and asset allocation.

- Track portfolio performance and suggest rebalancing strategies.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Maintain complete documentation and KYC compliance.

- Adhere to applicable regulatory and internal compliance standards.

- Prepare client reports, MIS, and business updates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, CFP, or equivalent qualification preferred.

- NISM certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, Broking, or Financial Services.

- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients preferred.

- Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.

Skills Required:

- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

- Strong knowledge of wealth management and investment products.

- Client acquisition and business development capabilities.

- Financial planning and portfolio management skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and investment opportunities.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.

- Revenue generation and product penetration.

- Client acquisition and retention.

- Cross-sell and upsell achievement.

- Client satisfaction and relationship depth.

Compensation:
