Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Fund Sales professional with 5-10 years of proven experience in capital raising from domestic and global investor segments including HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, corporates, institutional investors, and global wealth advisors.
The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end fundraising lifecycle for our AIF Category II platform, with an initial focus on real asset-backed strategies. This includes investor sourcing, relationship management, onboarding, and transaction closure. The ideal candidate should bring both domestic reach and international network strength, and demonstrate a consultative and structured sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy & Execution -
- Design and implement a robust sales strategy for raising capital from domestic and international investor pools
- Achieve capital raise targets within defined timelines
- Investor Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and manage a deep network of HNIs, family offices, private wealth managers, offshore funds, institutional investors, and corporate treasuries
- Conduct investor roadshows, presentations, and webinars for product promotion
Sales & Structuring Collaboration
- Work closely with investment, product, compliance, and legal teams to develop investor-focused proposals and structure tailored investment pitches
- Ensure a high level of investor education, due diligence, and relationship confidence
Reporting & Compliance
- Track investor interactions, maintain CRM discipline, and support reporting to fund management and regulators as required
- Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF guidelines and internal governance protocols during investor onboarding
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years in AIF/PE/VC fundraising, wealth management, investment sales, or institutional capital markets
- Strong preference for candidates with a track record of closing AIF Category II/III fundraises
Skills:
- Deep understanding of alternate investment strategies and AIF structures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and with global stakeholders
Qualification:
- Graduate in Business, Finance, Economics; MBA / CA / CFA preferred
