Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Wealth Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-HNIs.

The role involves providing personalized financial advisory services, investment planning, and wealth management solutions aligned with clients financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients

- Understand clients financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon

2.Financial Planning & Advisory:

- Provide tailored investment solutions across asset classes (equity, debt, mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIFs, etc.)

- Develop comprehensive financial plans including retirement, tax, and estate planning

- Continuously review and rebalance client portfolios

3.Revenue Generation:

- Achieve AUM (Assets Under Management) and revenue targets

- Drive cross-selling and up-selling of financial products

- Maximize wallet share from existing clients

4.Market Analysis & Investment Strategy:

- Stay updated with market trends, economic developments, and financial products

- Provide timely investment advice and insights to clients

- Collaborate with research and product teams for portfolio recommendations

5.Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies

- Maintain proper documentation and client records

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

- MBA / PGDM in Finance, Banking, or related field

- Certifications such as CFP, CFA, NISM (preferred)

Experience:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory

- Proven track record of managing HNI/UHNI clients and achieving revenue targets

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products

- Excellent relationship management and communication skills

- High sales orientation with consultative approach

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

- Strong networking and client acquisition skills
