Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Acquire and onboard HNI and UHNI clients through referrals, networking, and market outreach
- Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial objectives, risk appetite, and investment preferences
- Act as a single point of contact for clients for all wealth-related needs
Wealth Advisory & Product Distribution:
- Offer customized wealth solutions across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Investment Advisory
- Develop and recommend asset allocation strategies based on market conditions and client goals
- Ensure suitability and compliance while selling investment products
Portfolio Management:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients with focus on AUM growth, revenue generation, and retention
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance updates with clients
- Proactively suggest rebalancing and new investment opportunities
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve individual targets for AUM acquisition, fee income, and cross-selling
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional wealth and financial products
- Stay updated with market trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Maintain accurate client documentation, KYC, and reporting standards
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products and investment markets
- Proven experience in HNI/UHNI client acquisition and relationship management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High client-centric mindset with advisory approach
- Ability to work independently and manage high-value client portfolio
