About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Wealth Manager to manage and grow relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients. The role involves client acquisition, portfolio management, and investment advisory while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial products, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in wealth management & client servicing.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management

- Manage and grow relationships with existing HNI & Ultra-HNI clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client investment portfolios.

- Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide portfolio insights.

New Client Acquisition

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new HNI/Ultra-HNI clients through networking, referrals, and industry connections.

- Conduct initial portfolio screening and assess financial goals of prospective clients.

- Build trust and deliver tailored wealth management solutions.

Portfolio Management & Advisory

- Provide advisory on mutual funds, equities, insurance, structured products, and alternative investments.

- Monitor and analyze investment performance, risk factors, and market trends.

- Ensure client portfolios are aligned with financial objectives and risk appetite.

Sales & Business Development

- Drive revenue growth by cross-selling and up-selling financial products.

- Develop strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Present proposals, strategies, and performance reports to clients.

Reporting & MIS

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investments.

- Prepare and update MIS reports for management review.

- Provide timely updates on client activity, portfolio performance, and achievements.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.

- Excellent communication, networking, and client relationship skills.

- Ability to handle HNI & Ultra-HNI clients with discretion and professionalism.

- Strong sales orientation with ability to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications :

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

- Certifications such as CFP, CFA, NISM, IRDA will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Wealth Management/Financial Advisory.
