Wealth Management Role - Capital Raising

Note: This is a Diversity Hiring so we are looking for Female Candidates with preferred work location, Mumbai.

1. Capital Raising Strategy:

- Developing and executing the fund-s capital raising strategy, expanding relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), Family Offices, Corporate Promoters, Strategic Investors and Institutional Limited Partners, while helping shape the long-term growth trajectory of the platform.

2. Capital Formation:

- Lead all capital formation initiatives across current and future GrowthCap funds and investment vehicles.

3. Pipeline Management:

- Build, manage and convert a high-quality pipeline of UHNIs, Single Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices, Corporate Investors and Institutional LPs.

4. Fundraising Operations:

- Own fundraising strategy, investor targeting, roadshows, fund presentations and due diligence processes.

5. Relationship Management:

- Serve as the senior relationship manager for existing and prospective Limited Partners.

6. LP Communications:

- Design and oversee world-class LP communications, reporting and engagement programs.

7. Strategic Partnerships:

- Develop strategic partnerships with private banks, wealth management firms, investment advisors and corporate groups.
