Experience: 7+ years of work experience in handling a team of Approx 10-12 people in broking firm, should have exp of handling wealth managers

Job Role:

- Partner with Branch Leadership to drive and deliver Investment Business targets in line with approved budgets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Wealth Managers to ensure consistent performance against business goals.

- Collaborate closely with branch teams to acquire, deepen, and manage relationships with high-priority and affluent clients.

- Assess client financial needs and deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions, including investments, insurance, PMS, AIFs, and structured products.

- Ensure superior client experience while maintaining strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance standards.

- Stay abreast of market trends, global financial developments, and evolving investment products to provide informed advice.

- Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities from existing and prospective clients.

- Represent the organization in marketing initiatives and client engagement events to enhance brand presence and business growth.
